Our sales clerk Sam was helpful and present without hovering or bothering us. He showed us features of some some of the reclining sofas we were looking at that were not immediately obvious, and answered our questions. Also, we came on a Saturday and we’re able to arrange delivery and setup for our items this coming Wednesday - most stores we visited are on back order with wait times of 6-8 weeks.

Really great experience thanks to Mario and the rest of the staff. Mario was great at making himself available before we needed to seek him out, while also giving us enough space to look around without any pressure. The coffee table I bought is beautiful and sturdy, with a very fair price. The staff loaded it into my car with great care and ease. Will definitely start here next time I need a new piece.

I bought three furniture sets from this place last year and had an issue with the dining table a couple of months ago, right before my warranty expired. Gia was VERY helpful and professional from beginning to end, she and the Furniture Max team took care of the issue. These folks provide some high-quality customer service. I walked in and everyone was super friendly and walked me through choices without being pushy. I had Sam who was very kind and knowledgeable. The place also had a lot more choices for American furniture than some other places Which means faster order times during Covid.

I was pleasantly surprised with what I found at this store. Nearly everything was 40% off! There is more than one way to pay: credit through Synchrony, 90 day same as cash or just straight purchase. Sultan helped me piece some things together for a great total price. He was patient and great at suggesting quality pieces. You can literally come here and furnish your entire home at half the price of Ashley Furniture.

Thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience here. The staff was amazing and amicable as a whole. I can’t remember his name but the sales associate who helped my wife and I was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We gave him an idea of what we wanted and he worked with us to ensure we found pieces we would love. They gave us time to browse without constantly hounding us. Definitely recommend. You can customize your pieces here at a reasonable price and they have a wide variety of selections.
